Braden has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, corporate strategy, commodity markets, and mergers and acquisitions.
Braden Purkis is the Vice President, Corporate Development at Kingston Midstream. He brings extensive transactional expertise to the role, having led and negotiated approximately $1 billion in acquisitions and divestitures within the energy midstream sector. Prior to joining Kingston Midstream, Braden held progressive corporate development and business development roles at Plains Midstream Canada, and spent nearly a decade in equity research and capital markets in Calgary and London, covering Canadian and international oil and gas producers at Scotia Capital, Raymond James, and Canaccord Genuity.
Braden holds a Bachelor of Commerce with distinction from the University of Alberta, with a major in Finance and minor in Operations Management.
