Heather has practiced law for over 30 years.
Heather Piercy joined Kingston Midstream as General Counsel in 2022. Her legal practice has primarily focused on natural gas and NGL midstream services and pipeline transportation. Heather has worked at Canadian Pacific Railway, Spectra Energy, BP Canada, and Aux Sable. In addition to managing the legal function at Kingston Midstream, Heather oversees the regulatory and land departments.
Heather has a BA and LLB from the University of Manitoba and earned an MBA from the University of Calgary. She is licensed to practice law in Alberta.
